Ownership operations can be performed by whether the item is in your custody or not. If an item is in your custody and you are not the owner, you can submit an Ownership Change Request.
Request Ownership of Items in Your Custody
To request ownership of items already in your custody, go to ‘Ownership’ from the sidebar, select [+Change Ownership]. Select the current owner of the items/packages and submit. They can accept or reject this operation.
Self-Ownership Change
To change ownership of items you own, go to ‘Ownership’ from the sidebar, select [+Self Change Ownership]. Add items/packages that are sold and submit. This operation will change the ownership from your company to the new owner without the need for them to accept ownership.
