When a new shipment is received, you will be alerted by email, if the email notifications are on. They will show up under [Shipments]. Click on [Select Action] -> [Reject Shipment] to reject the shipment. You can access shipment details by filtering for ‘Rejected shipments from the ‘Status’ filter.
