Templates are not needed to perform transformations, they limit the item types that could be selected as input and output to reduce human error
To create a transformation template, go to ‘Set Up’ from the sidebar and click on [Transformation Templates] then [+Create Template]. Multiple input items can be turned into multiple output items. The template can be deactivated/activated to suit production needs.
