To perform a custody start transaction, please login to the MIMOSI Mobile App. Once you are logged in, select the custody feature as seen below.
This will bring you to the custody list page. Please select the [Start] button on the bottom right.
Please select the recipient company for the change of custody from the drop down. Enter a custody Document ID to act as a unique identifier for the custody change. You may then select [Add Items] to begin scanning items for the change of custody.
Select [Scan Item by Barcode], and scan the tag of your first item. You may repeat this step for every item in the shipment.
If your change of custody contains a package, select it from the [Select Package] drop-down.
Once you have added all items to your change of custody, please select [Submit] at the bottom of the screen to complete the start custody transaction.
